Autistic Burnout Support Cards (business card size). The front has space for the name of the autistic person and space for the name/number of the person to contact if they need support. There is a brief description of what autistic burnout is and the back of the card has more information about autistic burnout and what needs the individual may have. Really useful to give to poeple that need to understand what you/the cardholder is going experiencing.
These have been used by autistic students in schools and found them very helpful. They will be posted to you via Royal Mail, 2nd class post
